I am a regular customer in Batavia. I've had excellent service and advice from the staff. I have a dog that's allergic to most protein so need rabbit or salmon for food or treats. They stock both regularly. I take advantage anytime they have coupons in the mail and stock up on the treats. The owners are very reactive if there's any issue, responding immediately. I appreciate that and will continue to be a loyal customer!!

If you feed your pets frozen stella and chewy do not get it at Bentley’s.  
First time i ended up throwing away two packages in the garbage can.  We were going in a trip and when i openned the bags they appear to have freezer burns .  
Did not learned my leason.  I got two bags yesterday again because i was in a hurry.  When i open the first bag it showed that it had been in the freezer for a long time.  Went back to the store and showed it to the guy that was there.  He gave me my money back.  I told him he should not sell old food.  He did not seem to be concerned.

If you want fresh stella and chewy go to wet nose

Stopped in today when I was going to trader Joe's, and I must say they have given me a good First Impression! I am very big on the quality of customer service people provide, these guys definitely did not disappoint!

This is a very clean & neat store that seems to offer great quality pet food, and provide attentive customer service. Not only have they clearly put in effort to provide good service (including giving me a bag of samples & coupons to welcome me) but without a doubt these are people who are willing to learn and grow as time goes on, thus providing us solid food recommendations & tips.

Keep up the good work, I can't wait to see the growth over time! I wish all of you the best of luck, and shout-out to the two gentlemen working today (1-18-17...Nick & Spencer!)

We went into this Bentley's during their annual pet food sale. I think they were quite new at the time, My dogs LOVED them! They gave them a free treat each, the employees offered helpful hints and good advice (showing off an impressive knowledge of dog food!), and they had a beautiful store. Its a small store but well worth the time to shop - we will definitely be back!
