I only came here for fingerprints for an employment background check. The front office staff were super courteous and kind. I just didn't understand why it took me 6 minutes to finish my paperwork, but 40 minutes until an officer actually came in to do my fingerprints. I was literally the only person waiting in the lobby, and the parking lot had one other vehicle. When the officer came in, he was very friendly and knowledgeable; seemingly a great guy. I just would've appreciated being told how long I'd be waiting or why I was waiting so long; some type of transparency. I was on my lunch break for work. Throughout the wait, many times you could hear officers laughing & joking about random things, and I even heard one throw a couple curse words around. Curses don't bother me in the least, neither does joking around, but not when you've got customers waiting on you in the lobby. It gave the sense that there are plenty of people casually working or potentially not even doing anything while we waited. A girl came in behind me and had to wait just as long for fingerprints to be taken as well.

Was harassed by K-9 unit. Of course, nothing was found but that didn’t prevent the officer from telling employer and ruining reputation at workplace. Unprofessional behavior. We don’t need moral police - we need police that respects and serves indiscriminately. We don’t need K-9 units running around town trying to ruin people’s lives. That tax money can be used more effectively.

Outrageous conduct from Lieutenant Robert Burkhart (# 1966) - rude, dismissive, aggressive, bullying, and hostile demeanor and attitude. Unbelievable and shocking behavior. Impossible to trust in law enforcement with officers like this serving, and in a culture that tolerates this.
