I was in an accident so I called Berg funny how they put me on hold for a good 10min the women on the other end was rude, never spoke with a lawyer  she said my accident was NOT enough to be handled my one of the Attorneys.  So I would Not recommend Berg to Anyone.

Berg took my case and in the middle of my case quit my case leaving me with no legal help referred my case to another lawyer and they quit to with no one to finish my accident claim so I didn't get anything and my case proved I was in the right Berg is a disappointment will never go to them un professional.

Initially they made me feel they were for me but when they learned the hit and run driver had no money and my case would only get 15,000 for me (I got 9,000) and my daughter would only get 15,000(she only got under 5,000) . my daughter still hasn't received her money. No response to emails. My injuries were permanent she was in the hospital only overnight and minor injuries by got way less. To this day I am still waiting. They are fine until your case can only get minimal money because that's all the driver had was liability in California. We were no longer priority. I still have no explanation why my daughter got so little of the 15,000 and no account for her has been set up nor do I know what ever happened to her money. So if you case is worth big money they will be good bit once they realize it's not you no longer become a priority. I do not recommend them to anyone. It a been 3yrs and I still don't know what happened to my baby money.
