Mr. Pixton is not only friendly, but he is responsible and educated in his field!!!  He answered our questions and helped us every step of the way.  It's a hard decision to make, to file bankruptcy, you think your life is over and you're down in the dumps, but sometimes you have to do it...James was there for us and provided guidance that was clear and to the point. I spent a while struggling before I decided to file for bankruptcy; I had $220k in medical debt. Mr. Pixton was very reassuring about my issues. I went to his office at the beginning of June and we filed at the end of June. The delay was due to my having to get together a lot of original bills and bills from multiple collection agencies. He assembled all of my paperwork into a file. About 30 days later, I had my creditors hearing. He was there with me. My file was complete and my meeting with the trustee lasted only about 5 minutes. There were people ahead of me whose meetings went on much longer; I was glad that I had chosen to use a lawyer and that Mr. Pixton was so thorough. Two months later, my bankruptcy was diischarged.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his firm to anyone thinking about filing for bankruptcy.  I'm very grateful for his help.

Mr. Pixton was my last hope in resolving a horrible financial mess. I had previously worked with a lawyer who took my $3000.00 hard earned dollars and did nothing. I was leery to trust another lawyer but Mr. Pixton eased my concerns and pulled no punches in explaining my options.  

Mr. Pixton was knowledgeable, honest, straightforward and up front from start to finish. My paperwork was easy to complete there was nothing missed, forgotten or left out and everything worked in my favor. 

Even after our business had concluded Mr. Pixton has been available to answer my follow-up questions which is a testament to show how much he cares about his clients. I hope I never have to use a bankruptcy attorney again but if I do, Mr. Pixton will be my first and ONLY choice

I can't say enough about how James and the folks at The Pixton Firm help us through our financial troubles and allowed us to see that there is a great life - burden free - after bankrupty. Mr. Pixton worked with us for 6 months before we formally filled answering questions and getting us fully informed on our journey to start over.  Our process is complete and we are very happy.
