I wish I had called Michelle Roberts earlier in the process of working with my disability insurance company.  It was a huge weight off my shoulders to have somebody who knew exactly what she was doing taking care of things for me.

The whole office (I worked with Michelle, Susan, and Deirdre) were responsive, organized and professional.  They laid out a clear plan and actions for us to take, and helped me make my case in an ethical and effective way.  

I paid for their services on an hourly basis (rather than as a percentage of recovery), and they were responsible and clear with their billing.  

My wife and I are so grateful for Michelle's help and are now receiving the  claim payments that I am due.

I used to work at a law firm so I know a thing or two about attorneys.  Michelle Roberts is not like other attorneys.  She's warm and compassionate, but also fierce and zealous.  She's been handling ERISA long-term disability claims for the past 11 years and is well-known and respected in her field.  I've come to Michelle a few times now seeking advice regarding close friends and family members who have disability issues or problems with other employee benefits.  Michelle is quick to respond, full of helpful advice and knowledge, and always willing to help. I've been a client of Michelle Roberts for about 9 years. At the time, I'd received a diagnosis that effectively ended my career. My employer's Long Term Disability insurer, upon receiving my initial claim, set about inundating me with forms and deadlines that were to be met under the most unrealistic of conditions. Failure to cross one 't' or dot one 'i', failure to meet one "postmark by" date, would of course result of denial of claim. Fortunately I received a great referral to Michelle's office very early on in this Game of Bureaucratic Drones, and Michelle immediately dispatched her forces (her awesome staff) to waylay the insurer's marauders.
