My expectations were exceeded with Berger Allied movers. I relocated from Ohio to Florida and everything went perfectly. The movers showed up on time in Ohio and took time, care and consideration to load everything properly. They were kind and respectful. Jimmy, the driver, was awesome. He told me he was planning to deliver my stuff the following Monday, which was the first day of my delivery window. He texted me over the weekend with a follow up reminder. He called again Monday morning to confirm his ETA. The guys that helped with unloading in Florida were friendly and careful with my belongings. They put together my living room furniture, my bed (which is a pain), and the mirror on my dresser. They even carried my kayak to the kayak storage area, away from my home. I took my own inventory and confirmed every item arrived and nothing was damaged at all. After reading horror stories online (with all moving companies), I was naturally concerned. But I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend Berger Allied to everyone. And they had the best price between the 3 moving companies I received quotes from.

Great move thanks to the folks at Berger.  They were ready and willing to answer my questions, I had not moved with a mover before.  The day of the move they came in and loaded everything and took great care.  The unload the same.  Great experience.

Was truly amazed with Bob. The man is definitely a pro!!!! He was so helpful and knew his business. He treated his people with great respect, they knew his routine and everything went very smoothly. 

Bob treated every piece with great care and there were no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend Bob to everyone. When I need a mover again I will definitely request Bob. 

I truly enjoyed meeting him and getting to know him. Bob would be a great asset to any organization and most definitely he would be a good person to call friend.

Following the signing of my moving contract, the coordination of this move and the customer service provided by Berger has completely fallen apart.

I was provided false and incorrect information from Berger for everything from the required use of a shuttle to load my truck, to the number of movers loading my truck, to the time it would take them to load it.

Add to that the poor attitude of the truck driver, the fact that an item was left behind on the front lawn (placed there by the movers), and Berger's lack of action to resolve any of it, and I am an extremely dissatisfied customer.

The manager at this location has also not held up his end of the agreement in investigating my complaints in a timely manner. At this time, I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and am awaiting additional contact from Berger or the BBB regarding this move.
