The best move I've had in 15 years!  My team of Henry, Bill and Stephén were an amazing team - prompt, professional, hard and fast working, personable, and most importantly managed a 3 stop move without one bit of damage to anything.  When I emailed Jeff about my more complicated move, he appropriately suggested I would be happier paying for a 3 man crew versus a 2 man crew.  He was so right; the decision didn't cost me another dime, and the move was done in 5.5 hours versus 7.5 or 8.  I was never so happy to give out generous tips.  For perspective, these guys are better than a team I had from Two Men and a Truck, two moves managed by Brendamour (Mayflower out of Cincinnati) and two moves managed by Planes (United Van Lines out of Cincinnati).  I could not recommend American Moving & Storage highly enough and will be posting a similar review everywhere I can.

What an amazing experience! Like most people, I HATE moving, but Jason and Paul made it painless. These two guys were awesome. I did a local move, and they quoted me for a price and time that were spot on. No hidden fees or anything. Also, they were quick and efficient but also took their time caring for my furniture. It's funny because my couch could not fit in the door of my new apt, but somehow these guys made it work. They could have easily just left and not have tried as hard as they did, but they stayed and tried every possibility without damaging anything. I am so appreciative, AND I wish I had more money to tip a little more than I did but unfortunately I am a broke college student (haha) so I tipped as much as I could. I can go on for days about my experience, but just know I will be recommending and using this company in the future. Outstanding job!  Thanks, AMSO.

I would recommend this company to ANYONE who is moving. Customer service was wonderful and responded to requests in a timely manner. Their quote was reasonable and accurate. The movers they sent were friendly and arrived early. They took excellent care of my belongings, and moved me very quickly. Five stars!

I was very pleased with the service provided by the team from start to finish. After reaching out for a quote, my long distance move was scheduled within 3 days. On the day of my move, the team arrived on time and began loading the truck immediately. Even though my move was long distance, my belongings were delivered same day. All around great service!

Long story short, when I moved in with my ex roommate, she did not tell me she had bed bugs, when I found out I made sure it was taken care of... The apartment had been bed bug free for over 6 months. This company did not ask if this had been a thing. And apparently it was a huge deal. Because they claimed to have found eggs, dumped my stuff just inside the door, trapping me in my own house, and walked out. They did not even give me a chance to explain. Then the manager called and scolded me for not telling them before (they did not ask), and I advised him that the bugs had been dead for months. He said he would call back in an hour. I called him an hour and a half later, and he said he had tried to call me then when I said that I did not get a call he yelled at me saying that I was calling him a liar. Then he said the owner would call me in an hour... It's only 20 minutes into that hour, but just thought everyone should know, you know before that they don't ask the questions required to do their job apparently, then blame you the customer for their incompetence.
