I wish I had he forethought to read these reviews before scheduling. If punctuality, sticking to a schedule and professionalism are traits you admire; this is not the moving company for you. One star is too generous. We scheduled a month in advance to have the movers arrive @ 10am . An hour prior I received a call stating they'd be late. Due to the fact they worked late. How that effects a 10am arrival time is beyond me. Five hours later they movers arrive the first thing they ask is to go to the bathroom. What?! You couldn't have stopped while enroute. Your already five hours late; why rush. I called the office and spoke to Danny asking simply how do you plan to compensate for wasting our time? You would have thought I asked him to donate bone marrow. He had the audacity to say I was unprofessional. Mind you his employees are five hour hours late and furthermore did not complete the move. During the five hour wait I moved things myself into the garage all that needed to be done was to put 3 mattresses in the house. To tall of an order for All My Sons. Please save yourself the aggregation and steer clear from this company.

Couldn't ask for a smoother move. I am a physician in the Powell area with many collectibles that I deeply value. They guys took care of these items as if they were their own along with the rest of my things. The customer service in the office it top notch and the 6 man crew followed suit. The guys moved fast while be careful and curtious I am a customer for life.

I was quoted a price on the phone cheaper then others in the area so I went with them, the workers showed up on time, they were slow getting motivated and very unorganized. they didn't cover any of the floors or stair rails. After finally getting loaded and moved over to other location, they had the same motivation. SLOW ! I'm paying them by the hour and they still didn't cover any of floors or stairs rails. As they were pulling furniture off I noticed allot of the wood furniture was damaged because they either dropped it or drug it across the floor of the truck. Then after the lead driver approached us with the bill, the price had double from their estimate to be more than the other place we used before. I will never use them again and I am seeking damages on my damaged belongings.

The worst experience in my life! If I could give zero stars I would. Everyone was very polite and nice trying to get our business and then It all went down hill. To make a really long story short:  1.  To start the day the crew didn't bring any tools...but they didn't have a problem taking them from another vendor at our home (he got them back) to disassemble our items.  The only good thing was the crew QUICKLY packed the truck and then 2. The truck broke down. Once they got the truck up and running it was 5 miles from our new destination and 3. The truck broke down again. 4. Arrive at new home with 0 tools again and can't put anything back together...we offer them our tools and water 5. Mike tries to charge us for time van was broken down (twice) 6. Mike has an argument over the phone with a crew member who then goes out side to scream and swear at Mike over the phone for all the issues happening (nothing like meeting your new neighbors after that scene) 7. After multiple conversations got bill slightly lowered 8. Crew takes our personal tools when they leave 9. Find two broken items 10. Call back to Mike and doesn't care that we had bad service and doesn't care if we give a bad review to BBB and doesn't think we were over charged 11. Had to help unload and reassemble items 12. Talk to Danny who apologized & stated would refund $250 for our terrible service 13.  Takes a month of calling to try and get refund 14. Customer care leaves a voicemail that $126 will be refunded because they over charged us 15. Still haven't received $250 for terrible service and stolen tools 

SUCH A SCAM THEY OVER CHARGE AND TAKE YOUR BELONGINGS!

I love this company!!! the best part about my day is when customers call in asking "what can I do to help you grow" as they go on telling us how the men have done a wonderful job protecting their furniture to ensure it made to their new home safely!!!
