I don’t go to doctors or hospitals unless i absolutely have to. Last night I went in. I was seen immediately. The staff was amazing. They didn’t dismiss anything that was going on with me or make me feel unimportant. They were quick with diagnosis and treatment for me. They all showed amazing bed side manner. I was in and out and treated in barely an hour and a half. The hospital is clean and welcoming as well.

So my Girlfriend and I came in for our beautiful baby, we were very worried as we were first time parents, but this labor and delivery department was great specifically our nurse Mindy she took great care of us always asked if we needed anything and was super helpful. Unfortunately there was one black sheep that was very disrespectful, I would recommend staying away from nurse Karen B, she refused to give us drinks and told us we couldn’t have them. This made me super unhappy when it’s a happy time in my life totally brought the mood down.  No worries about this hospitals labor and delivery just avoid nurse Karen B.

Because of changed with our insurance we have to go to WVA providers instead of VA providers and facilities.  I have had 4 visits for various test and have been  extremely satisfied.  Everyone has been friendly and very helpful.  Everything has been on schedule.  Very very satisfied

My mother has been here twice in two years. She was nearly paralyzed, swollen, and half way coherent oh our most recent trip. She’s been there for 2 hours before I get the call at 11:30 at night she’s being discharged. There is no way my mother is travel ready all ready. Last time we went to Winchester medical and they kept my mom 3 days over for less. I guess Berkeley has better things to do than care for their patients. A total waste of time.

The last time I was here I had SEVERE hives.  Was seen at once by Dr. Muyderman, a nice young doctor.  Given medicine to take as soon as I got home.  Was given 2 paper scripts.  The nurses were a little grouchy, but they were tired.  I was in, out, and home in a little over an hour.  This was when we had the severe cold temps.  ( Felt good on those hives! ). I was very pleased with my treatment here.
