Went in this past Sunday evening because I had terrible lower back pain. I couldn't take the pain anymore so decided to come to get checked by Medexpress. I have a bulging disc that I have had problems with. Couldn't wait for my normal doctor because it was Sunday! The front staff was very nice. The nurse who checked my in was very nice. My blood pressure was very high per the nurse. She took it several times. Told me they would check it again after doctor talks to me. Doctor comes in and sits down. He tells me I have sciatica nerve pain and need steroids. I asked him what can I use for the pain. He told me nothing, that the steroid will help. He never once examined me. He didn't check my blood pressure or said anything about it. I never got a print out because there computers were down. Not sure if I really saw a doctor. Went to my normal doctor Monday morning and got the relief I needed. I was probably better off at going to the ER. I will never go back and I will never recommend this practice.

This place is very clean and modern with a very nice waiting room. Better to not come right after this place opens because we had to wait an hour but when we left there was hardly anyone there. Better to maybe come An hour after it opens. People were attentive and very friendly definitely recommend this place

Three people ahead of us and we still had to sit for an hour and fourty five minutes. Doctor was good but office personnel and nurses more worried about standing in a group near front desk chatting for an hour while people are waiting!!!

The staff were all very nice.. I've had a migraine since Wednesday. It's now Friday.. Memorial day weekend. Im visiting from Mississippi so this is not how I want to spend my vacation. I sent my husband in to ask if they treat migraines as I have them often but my normal medicine wasn't working. And didn't want to spend the money for an emergency room visit. The receptionist said they did. But she gave me an antiinflamatory shot and that was it. I go home about 5 hrs later still no relief. I call back and the Dr recommended I take some ibuprofen. If Ibuprofen worked I wouldn't have had to go to the Dr in the first place. Like I said. Staff was great. Dr was very friendly.. But didn't help my migraine at all

Even though I have no insurance I was treated promptly and with dignity. It's embarrassing to have to ask "how much will that cost" when being told treatment options. The entire staff answered all my questions and offered options that didn't make me ill all over again from sticker shock. They helped me prioritize what was needed, and what could wait.I walked in feeling awful and walked out reassured and treatment in hand. Thank you MedExpress. Dr. Hiles and staff ...thank you!
