I can't say enough about Alex. He was available every time I wanted to check out a house and I looked at about 15. He took me back to the house I bought 3 times and worked with myself and the seller to get the deal done. He is very quick on the paperwork as it's all done online. Best part was he took time to sit down and go over the offer page by page and explain things as this was my first time buying a home. Thank you Alex and I would recommend you to anyone looking for a home.

We worked with Jo-Ann McFearin of Berkshire to purchase a home and sell our old home. Jo-Ann was great to work with. The thing we most appreciated about working with Jo-Ann was communication. She was very good about getting back to us when we had questions and concerns. She was helpful throughout the process of buying and selling our homes. She helped us quickly sell our house by getting multiple offers from the first day of showings. I would highly recommend her.

Our Experience with the Task Team was Phenomenal definitely 5 star plus. We are Real Estate Investors and have worked with many Realtors over the past 19 years I can tell you that the professionalism that was shown with our transaction with the Task Team was by far Superior to many we have worked with over the years. I highly recommend Lindsey Platek for all your realtor needs! She is highly professional, communicates easily with you and the other professionals involved (lenders, inspections, etc.). She responds promptly to calls or texts, and went through MANY homes with me, making me feel like a priority. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family!

Seth and the the rest of staff kept me informed throughout the process. My calls and emails were answered promptly and I could feel the smiles over the phone. So nice to work with a knowledgeable staff. Piece of mind is priceless, I can't thank them enough.
