HORRIBLE! I lived here for a year and since the month after I moved in I've had issues. Dishwasher that doesn't work, kitchen sink that has back up daily, tub that had raw sewage coming from my drain for 2.5 months, heat that went out during the winter, hot water that didn't work for 3 weeks, ceiling that has leaked THREE times and even caused my two year old to bust her mouth open that now has mildew that they never repaired from June! Management? A joke! Leasing staff? A JOKE! I was told that I had to pay over because I didn't give a 60 day notice because they promised to fix the items I listed above! Mind you I still have not received my renewal lease agreement to look at and my lease is up in a month! I've reported to the health department so hopefully they fix their issues but I doubt it. I've called over 50 times in the last 3 months alone due to maintenance alone. ZERO STARS

The only way I can write my review was giving them one star that they do not truly deserve... 6033 halls smells like a farm, the urine stained carpet and the halls where pet owners allow their pets to do their business. I've watched a neighbor sweep her dogs poop off of her patio and into the grass. It's truly embarrassing to have company and they walk past the dumpster and full to capacity with entire couches and mattress. The elevators barely work properly. Children EVERYWHERE except in the house or playground. Parking lot has craters almost lost an axle out there. I've been here 11 months and I'm packing as I'm writing this. Do not move here, overpriced with no amenties.

This is the worse place I ever lived. This place is horrible. I've been living here over a year and a half. When I first moved in the fire alarm was going off all the time in the middle of the night. Couldn't get any sleep with an infant child. It was annoying having to keep going in an out the house not knowing if it was an emergency or not. Second these people are always posting notes on your door constantly having every one that stays in your hallway in your business instead of sliding it under the door. Constantly saying that you owe them money but won't give you an explanation as to why!!! As well as the carbon monoxide alarm in my unit went off constantly for two weeks. I had to go to the office and get loud, and make a scene in order for them to fix it. I shouldn't have to do that! All this money we pay for rent, we should only have to ask one time and one time only! Third, my apartment got broken into back in November, early December. Right after thanksgiving. My door was kicked in. Only thing they did was add another dead bolt lock on the door! They never fixed my door, walls or the door frame. My door frame is hanging from the wall and I'm just praying that it doesn't fall and hit my daughter in the head one day! I've asked these people to fix this on more then one occasion. It's been six months since my door has been kicked in! Still looking at my unit looking a mess! Elevators don't work, downstairs entryway is never secure! Hallways are smelly, piss, dog poop and alcoholic beverages everywhere!!! Won't be renewing my lease as well as telling everyone I know about this place!!! And I will be taking my rent payments to Bedford judicial system until they fix my unit and make it a safe play to live for me and my daughter! PERIOD!!!... I don't want to start a law suit but I will if I have to because this is ridiculous! Building 6033

First of all let me say that my issue is not with the office staff nor the custodial staff because both are very professional and pleasant to deal with. My issue is with Westminster and the only method the company used to fine me $125.00 on 6/21 for a trash bag that I supposedly, irresponsibly left in a laundry room located on another floor. The burden of proof not being the many cameras placed through-out the building, but 1 piece of junk mail with my name on it and a store receipt for items that I do not use nor does the credit card used belong to me. In the entire time I've resided here not one month has gone by without me receiving someone else's mail. If it is junk mail I toss it, anything else I place back on the mail shelf along with the dozens of other envelopes of mail that were placed in the incorrect mailboxes. So my question is, how many tenants over the years have been wrongly accused and charged for the same incident that I am?? This letter and "assessed fine" has bothered me since receiving it not because it involves money, that is not an issue for me. If I'm going to be fined let it be for something that I've actually done not something I despise. This letter has and is still making me sick to my stomach because I pride myself on integrity and regardless of not owning my apartment, my philosophy is that it is still "my home" and I treat it as such, so to be trifling enough to leave garbage where it does not belong is not my character. I was not raised with that mentality nor have I resided in a place where I walk out my apartment door more than often to see someone else's trash conveniently left for the custodial staff to pick up. I see it all the time and each time I shake my head that it only take a couple minutes to take their trash outside. My opinion is that it is disrespectful to other tenants as well as the custodial staff. HOW DARE Westminster insult anyone about "unkempt" issues when we tenants have to deal with: pot holes everywhere and the wheel alignment that I now need because I dodged one hole that I was aware of only to hit the one I didn't know existed. Then washing machines that half work, darkly lit parking lots that is "unsafe" to walk through, violating disability laws with "elevators that work today and broke tomorrow," how many more disabled tenants have to wait downstairs because the elevators are not working, how about the tenant with the hip replacement surgery that I helped up the stairs one day because the elevator was broken, how about me carrying my grandson/stroller/bags downstairs yesterday because the elevator was broken, how long before my unfinished bathroom ceiling since January 2017 is finished? How about using the fees collected to fix these issues and in addition installing proficient cameras that will record the true inconsiderate violators that trash the building, leave dog feces in the building, pee in the elevators, steal our packages (hey, I just had my amazon package stolen 2 weeks ago), cleaning or replacing the disgusting carpet on each floor and putting a fresh coat of paint on the walls to make the building look more presentable? And how about sitting down and coming up with incentives for resigning our lease and paying our rent sometimes months in advance. NEVER have I lived at a rental property that did not offer this until this residence. I was told 2 prior renewals ago that my carpet would be cleaned, but it never happened? Can I have the money I spent twice renting a carpet cleaning machine from Homedepot, to clean WESTMINSTER's carpet back OR have it deducted from my rent?? I mean I did do it for the up-keep of the building. And the rent being raised every year....show why it is warranted and it will not be an issue. Your property (WESTMINSTER) is not ideal and is in-less-favorable conditions to those of us who are used to a better quality of life. So why not work on keeping quality and the turn-over rate will be reduced. I've dealt w/a lot here for inexpensive rent, but a fee for someone's violation, no!

This is the worst place I've ever been especially for the amount of rent they charge! First off thru all the snow and ice they've never put salt down. The apartment always smell like trash, weed, or dog poop and it's such an embarrassment. The ceilings have cracks in them, there's so much noise, always trash everywhere, there was dead bugs everywhere when I first moved in, only one elevator works all the time, master bedroom doesn't even get any heat in it, furnace is loud and keeps guests up all night, entrance door lock is crappy I've seen people unlock it with their fingernails I mean I can go on and on! Don't come here I've put this all over FB as well
