I was a real customer of this agency a real nightmare Do not use this agency if you can help it. Make sure you get everything in writing and I mean everything. Do not believe them when they tell you anything. They will tell you anything to get you to buy. Once the ink is dry do not expect them to answer the phone and expect them to get nasty with you as well even if you can't get in the house you just bought. They will tell you not my problem. This was my 4th purchase. The 1st. With them and last with this real estate company. So so bad. In my opinion some terrible people work there. Trust me RUN to a different real estate company try Century 21

My experience with the Berkshire Hathaway brokerage in Greensburg has been anything but pleasant. The seller for a property that Berkshire listed filled in the disclosure on the property to indicate that zoning was R-1 residential and later it came to light that the property is zoned Local Commerical according to Hempfield Township. This led to my FHA loan falling through as well as to me exhausting financial resources on an inspection and appraisal when I may have decided not to go through with these expenses under the current contract had the property been represented under the correct zoning in the disclosure and contract. The Berkshire Hathaway listing agent for this property is married to the seller of this property, which is perhaps some of the reason for these strange circumstances. My understanding is that the listing agent probably should have verified the zoning on this property was correct in the disclosure. The brokerage manager led me to believe that she was going to verify that the property was not zoned Residential and then get back in touch with me, but she became entirely unreachable by phone and has given me no evidence that she attempted to verify the zoning with Hempfield Township. I think that the way this office does business is entirely unprofessional and I would not personally recommend that anyone do business with them without taking extreme measures to verify the veracity of any property documentation they provide. Also the five star review by Tracey Diaz should be removed due to conflict of interest as her other social media accounts state that she is a realtor for Berkshire Hathaway.
