Jeanette Shelby Realty is rude to tenants, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Jeanette talks about tenants to other tenants and shares personal information and gossip. I shouldn't know the address of another tenant that has a drinking problem but I do.... We received notice that the landlord was going to sell our house 2wks after they told us that we could renew the lease. They informed us that they were going to be putting a sign in the yard and a lock box on the door. We expressed that we did not feel safe with the lock box on the door and that we didn't want the house to be shown while or kids are home alone during the summer (ages 6-14). I asked for 24hr notice so that I could make sure an adult was going to be at home. She told me that I was being "unreasonable". I expressed anger about the rudeness and disrespect of her and her staff and she said "if you feel multiple people are being rude to you, it might be you" and hung up in my face. Am I asking too much? We went ahead and gave our notice after the first showing and only have 2 more weeks left in our lease. I have done everything I can to accommodate this process but I refuse to be treated like a guest in a house that I pay rent to live in. BE WARNED that Jeanette Shelby and some members of her team have very nasty attitudes and don't treat tenants with respect.

Not very nice just my opinion doesnt know how to treat tenents and she tells you who can come over how many if you pay your rent its your home but when you rent from her its like living in her house.

UNRESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS REGARDING LISTED PROPERTY. EMAIL ADDRESS AS LISTED FOR BROKER ON WEBSITE IS INVALID. SO FAR A BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
