Not happy with the services received and the promises that were stated and not kept.  We were placed with this company and had to pass on the first agent for not even listing our property right away.  We fought every step of the way to get a renter into our property for almost 3 months.  We were told they would stop by and take photos quarterly and it has now been almost 9 months and nothing.  We had to initiate most conversations and usually did not get any correspondence from anyone in this office until sending a letter to the office manager or the company paying them directly to get their communication skills moving.  Then we have found from our tenant that the agents comment at signing of the lease was we are done and won't have to speak to the owners again after this.  This company's property management crew is horrible.  They should only employ those who want to help owners find renters and renters find houses.  This part of real estate is just as important as selling homes.  Take pride in your jobs and do good ones.  Stop half heartedly doing things and expect a shiny review.  Sad.  Will certainly do my best to make sure the company paying them to do a job never uses them again. I will also be sure to tell all my home owner friends to stay away from them in the future.
