This is my 1st ever review of anyone. I feel compelled to warn everyone who works hard for their money. It’s 2017 & this is the only jewelry store I’ve ever found that offers NO warranty of any kind! I spent almost $1000 on an Ippollita necklace that broke in 2 months. They told me “we offer no warrenties, unless it’s something we can easily fix, there’s nothing we can do”.

Fortunately, it was an easy fix that they charged me $15 for. Be warned... there are hundreds of reputable jewelry stores, if they offer you no warranties, they aren’t reputable.

I bought a diamond ring last year from Bernie Robbins. Susan was very helpful and their after sales service is exceptional and personal. I have been in the store several times since then but they are very welcoming. I now have a personal relationship with Susan. A couple of my friends have used them as well and are very satisfied with the overall experience. HIghly highly recommend this store.

Excellent jeweler with excellent products and service. 

Bernie Robbins has been my Jeweler for my entire life, and my families' Jeweler for more than fifty years. They have excellent quality products and tremendous service.

I have purchased several watches, as well as items that I have custom designed myself. My sister-in-law's engagement ring is from here, and my parents must have more items than I can count.

They are one of the area's few Rolex dealers. They are also certified to overhaul Rolex on-site with their Master Jewelers and master gemologists. 

They provide free cleaning and inspection of your jewelry.

Though she is not always there, ask for Susan. She is a delight and very knowledgeable.

You don't need to go anywhere else for your jewelry needs. Bernie Robbins is the place.
