We purchased a Tag watch for my husband (anniversary gift from me) and were assisted by Robyn. Anyone that has had a difficult experience (yes, fully understand the commentary regarding the gentleman with the glases in other reviews) should give the store another try and see her. Robyn was amazing, patient, helpful - she did everything possible to make sure we had a positive experience with our purchase. As long as she remains working there, we will make the hour drive to come back. Thank you Robyn!

After two attempts, I will not go to this store again. The staff couldn't care less. I expressed interest in a particular watch on display, even telling the clerk of specifications I liked.  He never offered to show the watch to me.  Also, while I recognize the need for security, on each occasion the armed guard planted himself at the entrance, hands on hips and glared at me as I moved past him.  "Welcome" is not in this retail shop's vocabulary.  I'll take my business elsewhere.

Met a gent named Edward, and could not have been nicer. Talked watches with me for a good half hour, and was a great experience. I did not go in with intention to buy, but I hope to give him my business in the future. Thanks Ed, was a pleasure meeting you.

Horrible rude customer service, there are better places to shop! Think twice before coming here! Agree with the previous poster, staff couldn't care less! The lady said wait would be a few minutes, an hour later we were still waiting. The older gentleman was a lost cause, the short manager rude and abrupt! They obviously don't want any business!
