This has been the best dental experience ever. This is a place of comfort and caring. Dr. Dan and all of his dental family are amazing. They are a family that treats you like family. Each time I walk in I'm greeted with a friendly face and a smile. They always remember who I am. Every process and procedure is fully explained prior to anything being done. They all take their time to answer any questions. I would recommend this Dentist to everyone.

I am writing this review for 3 reasons: 1) One of the receptionists was extremely disrespectful and kept cutting me off numerous times over the phone, 2) My second appt was canceled without my knowledge,  3) I was overcharged for my first appt....... Brief summary of events:  I was scheduled for my second appt at this office and noticed that I was overcharged on my first one. I called and politely asked if I could come in a few minutes prior to my appt to discuss the overcharge. At this point I was told that I didn't have an appt even though I assured her that I received an appt card. She said, "you need to bring the appt card in for me to see it". She then asked about the statement that I was overcharged on. As I explained what items were incorrectly charged, she kept cutting me off impatiently. She LITERALLY cut me off every 5 seconds! I had to keep asking her to let me speak because she refused to listen. Then she claimed that she could not honor the rates that my dental plan offered because they do not accept my plan and the rates were too low. Prior to even booking my first appt, I verified with Aetna and their office that they accepted my plan. Due to the fact that they "suddenly" don't accept my plan, even tho they accepted it at the time of my appt, I will have Aetna settle the discrepancy for me. On top of being overcharged and talked over (on the phone), she claimed that I canceled my appt. I told her that I never called to cancel my appt. Then she said you must have missed one of your appts. Again,  I assured her that I never called to cancel or missed an appt and that I have confirmation of my appt. However, I did call to obtain my xrays and referral so that I could get ONE of my teeth extracted. Another tooth was already scheduled for a root canal. At NO POINT did anyone contact me to ask if I wanted my appt canceled. I even said over the phone that I wanted to extract one tooth and keep my appt for the root canal. There is NO EXCUSE for canceling someones appt without telling them, talking over a customer, and giving false information about what plans you accept. On a positive note, the Dentist was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. And the first person I met at the front desk was also kind and helpful. The second lady I met needs to work on her customer service and respecting others.

I've been coming to Berquist Family Dentistry for many years. Both Rob and Dan Berquist are very personable and very knowledgeable/detailed oriented when they work on my teeth. The hygienists are also very nice and friendly. They are usually prompt(early or on time) for my appointments. Also, very flexible for appointment scheduling. Definitely would recommend them for anyone, whether it's getting teeth cleaned or a major cavity filling. They do great quality work in every aspect.

Ladies and Gentleman let your days of dreading the dentist office come to an end! I have been going to  Berquist Family Dentistry since I was a young child. You can expect detail, customer service and only the best dentil work coming from this office. Dr. Robert Berquist and Dr. Dan Berquist will make you feel right at home the minute you arrive and the work will always be quality. When it comes to the pearly whites, why trust anyone else?  If you have been looking for a dentist, stop. Your search is done.

I like it that there are family connections among the staff. Rita, my dental hygienist, was so friendly and informative. The atmosphere is relaxed; I was not encouraged to accept treatments I didn't need just for their profit, which is an issue I've had with other dental offices.
