The buses are on time most of the time. However, the cleanliness of the restrooms is far from acceptable. I have seen a janitor mopping the floor in the restroom a couple times but I am starting to believe he mops the floor with a mix of urine and feces.

The station is in pretty good conditions as well as the buses. Yes the drivers can be moody at times but anyone will be after sitting around for hours dealing with all sorts of people, even after that most drivers are pretty nice and helpful. If you're planning to take a bus be there at least 10 minutes before, sometimes they arrive early and therefore leave early.

Bus drivers are really nice and know their job really good. My rating is for the security guys, they suck and don't know what they are doing they just blow their whistle for no reason. A guy fainted and the security guys were laughing while a 2 bus drivers got of their bus to help

If you need help where you wanna go? Ask the people, not the employers. Some bus drivers do help,others don't.
