Worst service ever!! Our bus was delayed we were supposed to leave at 5:25 FOUR HOURS LATER we are finally leaving. NO ONE not even the security guard was able to give us an explanation to why. Another bus came and instead of taking us (who were already waiting for 3hrs) they took the ones after us? Who the hell thought that was appropriate should be terminated ASAP! They had us waiting like a bunch of clueless fools, that short lady with glasses(i think her name is Maria) who i guess was in charge had the worst customer service i have ever seen. she talked back very rudely snapped at people and treated us like somehow it was our fault. She made the whole situation worst. This is my fist and very last time i'm using greyhound! Not a single apology or compensation for any of us as usually. Save your time and money this place is by far the worst.

Easy access when you cross the border from Mexico. About five minute walk from the border. They do take a little while to answer the phone so if you have a question about their times your best bet is to go into the office.

If you have ANY OTHER option to travel by, I do not recommend this. Nightmare event and it was ongoing: bus had mechanical problems- had to wait for a different one; next bus was completely overflowing with a angry people and crying babies; hit a large metal object in the road - it felt like a MOTORCYCLE! - and while it smashed and crunched its way under the bus at 75mph, it disabled the bus by bending the storage area door, so the bus would not go into gear. Waited six hours on the shoulder of a very dangerous highway in the "oil patch" with 18 wheelers roaring by within mere feet of our downed vessel. Notably, I did find the drivers, themselves to be very professional. The company, however, was totally mismanaged- at least at the El Paso terminal where this all began.

They got one star because of Lynda the worker in Dallas was extremely kind and the bus driver who trained her and has worked for over 35 yrs. Other than that ...this was my third time and it was the worst ride I wouldn’t wish it on Donald Trump. I hate buses thanks to this experience .Never Ever again.
