Beautiful store for sure. It's great to walk into a restaurant and employees have big smiles on their faces. Luv that. Very polite and friendly. Restaurant was very clean, so where the restrooms. My first visit. I would definitely come back. Hats off to a great staff.

Just bought a new washer here. It was more than I wanted to pay, because I had picked out the cheapest one online because I'm kind of broke. The major Appliance manager, Alisha, waited on me and she was so nice. She explained everything in a logical fashion without pushing or trying to oversell. What she said made sense so I was fine with buying the better quality, more expensive one. She was patient and did not rush me one bit although it was Saturday and others were asking for her attention as well. I liked her a lot. I got something I really liked, my questions were answered, and the washer was on sale. I was very pleased. I always go back to Best Buy because I always manage to find someone who works there who is extremely nice. So most of their staff must be extremely nice!

This is the Best " Best Buy " in the nation and I can say that with some authority but you must take my word on that, but I have been around. lol Visit the store and you will notice a store just recently remodeled but it is the employees that make this store stand out and nothing counts if you do not have very smart "Non-Nagging" youngsters ready to help, but only when you need help.

Excellent service. WE LOVE the membership program as we use the Geek Squad. Which is FANTASTIC! The membership keeps the prices reasonable and they are very patient and just do a great job! This store helped me through sales, customer service, a return and two different Geek Squad visits. Thank you so much! Kristen J Quail

Could not talk to a human being for 3 days!! Then I finally come there and I'm watching several groups of workers standing around shooting the breeze. I called corporate and they said they are aware of the problem when calling in but doing anything was "above my pay grade". Biggest retailer is a damn joke. I really will not ever again purchase anything from best buy. Hey best buy, ill be watching and enjoying ur demise
