Great service if you use geek squad.  Your average best buy in general, usually in stock with any electronics you might need.

No service at all. Went in ready to spend 2k on a washer machine and two tv’s. Left with nothing because no one would assist me with the washers. I was in that section for over 30 minutes. When I went to grab a kart from the front, the security guy asked if everything was ok. I told him I’m trying to buy a washer but and some TVs, but no one is working the washer area. He radioed and said someone would be their. After five more minutes I had enough of this. On the way out, the security guy asked if anyone had came, since I was exiting with nothing. I told him, “nope, I’m good on this place”, as I was exiting. I have to say, this has been the worst non service I have ever expericand in my 37 years. Had an army on staff and no one working. Truly piss-poor Service at its best!

Friendly, professional and very helpful staff. Excellent options of products that are well laid out.  Geek squad is a great resource and that's why they are always busy.  I always go here before going online.  Nothing beats a quality retail experience

Been here to try and make a purchase on different items a hand full of times. Everytime I get the same rude service, ignored by the sales associates or of they do "assist" they make sure to let you know what a burden you are. Tonight I waited to purchase an item as two associates had a conversation right by me. I politely asked if I could get help, an associate said "no" and then walked away. They need to just close this place

We purchased a washer dryer and had no complaints until we went to use it, and the dryer was not connected correctly. Today, a week and a half later, they were scheduled to come between 8 & noon to AGAIN install the dryer,  aka fix their shoddy install. It is 3 pm, and though we called as it neared 1pm, and we were told that they were 20 minutes out... still no one has arrived. 
Wasted day, and now we will have to cancel other commitments we made for the afternoon.
