My husband bought me a power theater recliner that after a week of use the main sitting area has gone flat. We are not using the chair because it hurts my hips. He has tried to get HH GREGG to do something but all we get is "the return policy is 3 days"! He has even spoken to corporates customer service. They keep telling us that someone will call and come look to see if it can be repaired but "no one has called".  Now it has been 3 months trying to either get it fixed, exchanged or refund without any resolution. We even purchased the warranty at the time we purchased the chair. We were told at time of purchase that we had 30 days to return or exchange if we were not pleased. So much for making your customers happy!! No wonder their rating is not a 5 star! I think that I may write the CEO and also contact the Better Business Bureau. They have lost a good customer!

We went into the store in search of a portable air conditioner. We'd bought 2 different units from home Depot and neither of them blew cold so we asked if they could take it out of the box so that we could see how cold it would blow. They refused to take it out of the box. We asked again explaining that we would buy it if we co u ld see that it would work and again they refused. The sales guy had a smirk about himself each time he refused us after supposedly asking the manager. Absolutely no customer service at all. This place should be out of business and if they aren't, they will be.

I just left hhgregg, my husband and I applied for a hhgreg card and bought our first refrigerator the young assisted us carmen was very helpful, perfessonal and polite!  She was outstanding and we will definitely be returning due to her service!! Thanks again carmen!

Horrible service!!!  Purchased a 70 inch Samsung 6300 on 11/21 with the delivery date for 11/28.  Delivery never came..no call from HHGregg to atleast let me know that the order was cancelled twice.  I received a refund today (12/6). But unfortunately I missed out on all other Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals on the same TV elsewhere.  I'm never shopping at HHGregg again.  A bunch of low life con artists sales people.
