Best buy is like the Home Depot of electronics. I don't mean that in a good way. I mean it like they have everything you need, but it'll take you days to find it. Everyone who works there will be busy and the registers will be line free until you decide you are done. Then it will be out the door.  The prices here are outrageous. Why wait 2 days for a 10 dollar item off Amazon when you can go to Best Buy and buy it today for 100. Yes,  it's that bad. You know I'm telling the truth.

Representative In mobile department need to double check with all of the carrier on the monthly bill as far a getting a discount when you sign up for auto pay. Verizon will only offer discount if you sign up auto pay using debit card or checking account NOT credit card. FYI

Horrible experience with the Geek Squad.  Was sent to this store by Apple to get my battery replaced for my phone. After driving almost an hour, they told me they had no batteries in stock, despite knowing about my appointment for over a week.  There was no communication to say that the battery was out of stock. When I said that I wanted to order a battery, they said they are “first come first serve.”  Then what is the point of an in store repair?  Both employees I spoke to offered zero solutions and didn’t seem like they wanted to help at all. I went to Simply MAC, at Clackamas Town Center, and they were happy to order a battery and offered REMARKABLE customer service. The Geek Squad and Best Buy could take a serious lesson from them, and because of this, have lost a customer for life.

I bought a game on Black Friday with pick up in store same day. Item was not available due to high demand which I can understand. They told me to wait for an email for when it’s ready to pick up. Waited 2 days nothing, third day I get an email that they canceled my order. I called Best Buy customer service and was on the phone for over 1 hour. They said that they have the game still available but I would have to pay full price not Black Friday price, even though I bought it on Friday for half off. Best Buy it’s a ripoff. Best Buy, not for me. Maybe worst buy it’s more appropriate. I would have given them 0 stars if possible.

The last real brick & mortar place that still values customer service. Lots of knowledgeable friendly staff willing to help. A crazy large selection. The best prices around, guaranteed. Great displays allowing access to sample items, touch, handle, play with.
