Very good experience in my first training.  I am switching from a MAC to PC and the trainer understood both the MAC and PC.  Have newly purchased PC at early stages of getting comfortable.  Trainer was patient, good listener and was able to focus on the specific challenges to ensure most import concerns were addressed in a timely manner.  Anything that came up that he was not able to answer, there was someone else in the store who was an expert in that area and available to help.  It was also nice they offer water and coffee:)

As I'm walking inside the door two worker girls are front and center right when I walk in with not even no hello goodmorning they ask how can I help  I say I have a pick up they than began to ask me what's my name then one of them says you need your I'd as I'm ready reaching into my pocket for it as well as my phone just because I was aware already of what I had to bring but they just made me feel like I had to purchase something or need something before I can even walk through the front  doors. Definitely prefer going to stores rather than online but really come on now guys show some friendliness and not so judgmental I know I wasn't there well dressed shopper but just give me kindness just like any other shopper.

Saw Bill Gates here once. He said, “I want to put a computer in the hands of everyone, regardless of color, creed, or sex.”  So i say, “You know Bill, I must say, that was a very “PC” thing you said there...”.   He then chortled with such vigor and ferocity that he shattered all of the surface pros in his near vicinity.  Great store, you should try the Oculus demo station!

As I'm walking into the door two girls are front and center without not Hi or hello they say what can we do for you like not even allowing me to even say hello myself all I was there for was a pick up but they made me feel like I needed to have a reason to even be walking through those doors the only reason I go to the store is its more convient for me instead of waiting four to ten days I'll be going back that's for sure but make sure y'all see this to be a little more friendly greeting.

I had one of the best customer service experiences the other day at this microsoft store. I had to send my brand new Xbox One X in for repair because the power cord fried, they repaired the console and sent it back only to find out the console was now making a strange noise. I did not want to send it back in for repair so I decided to take it straight to the Microsoft store at Pioneer Place and they exchanged my defective console for a brand new one with no questions asked! Not a warranty replacement model, a brand new one. I could not have been more pleased.
