I had an old review on here from two years ago, but I decided after two years I'd be happy to show a bit more appreciation to Best Buy then just bashing people leaving idiotic reviews. (Although it was true that they were idiotic.) The prices are nearly identical to online these days, and they go even further out of their way now to price match things then I've ever seen. They want your business and they are willing to fight for it. There's not a whole lot of individual PC component selection, but they do have a decent-ish selection of peripheral devices. It almost reminds me of a "baby's first Fry's electronics" store which is actually rather nice. They do their best to be helpful and look for the answers to your questions as quickly as possible. They've become less pushy and more interested in helping then selling and that's very pleasant. If they have a product online that you like, but you want it immediately - This isn't a bad option. There have been times the price is less at Best Buy then online. Four stars because the selection of items is a bit limited.

Love Best Buy! Always the best deals and great customer service. They offer rewards and/or interest free financing. We buy all of our electronics here now!

We ordered an LG TV online as a Christmas present and selected pick up in-store. We picked it up, wrapped it and after Christmas it was opened once we got a stand for it. You guessed it, the screen was cracked. By now, it’s past Best Buy’s crazy 15 day return policy so there is nothing they can do about it. The Geek Squad morons were zero help in resolving this matter course. If you’re shopping for a TV, go somewhere like Video Only or Home Video Library for professional customer service where they actually know something about the TV’s they’re selling you. Plus, you’ll more than likely get a much better deal!

Call Best Buy for 5 min not a single time was answered on the 5th time they're so called price match guarantee wasn't for filled never buying from Best Buy again f*** them

Called and asked if they could bring an item to customer service so I could get in and out real fast. Lady on the phone said I should order online for pickup (she never gave a name). She said that they don't "hold" items. Cost them $400 as I'll be going to another company (Amazon, Wal Mart, Fred Meyer, Target?) to get the exact same console. I guess they think they're too indispensable and unique a provider that we're forced to shop there.
