Manager’s don’t know how to manage their employee’s. Everyone just stands around and talks to one another. Nobody walks the floor at all, The last two times I was at the Waldorf location I had to walk back up to the front of the store and ask for help after standing around waiting 15-20mins to be approached by somebody and ask me if I needed help. After spending a good $15,000.00 with Best Buy in the 3 States I have lived in, I am no longer a Best Buy customer! If I could rate this location a ZERO If I could!

What an awesome experience my husband and I were greeted with at Best Buy on Monday. We went in looking for a few large items. It wasn't even 5 min and we were already introduced to a really nice young man in the home appliance area. He took his time and went through each item we had a question about and didn't seem like he was adjudicated at all.

This store is neat and clean. The individual that assisted me was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work.

Awesome sales staff. RJ helped me pick a new less technical computer and a more technical one for me for school. Both are the all in ones and i am excited!

Black Friday shopping here was fun. The sales staff was happy energetic and funny. I bought two TV's and a dryer. Every person there made myself and my family feel important. And it didn't hurt that the sales staff are all sexy lol.
