Bought a five year warranty on my washer only to find out four and a half years later that they don't have a contractor to service southern Maryland. What did I buy your warranty for? 

Was told someone would call me back from the warranty company in three days only to have no one call me back and that's why. Couldn't you have called me back to tell me?

After asking almost every question imaginable to the sales clerk. I get home to setup my laptop and discover Microsoft office is not installed AFTER I specifically asked the clerk if I needed to purchase the program. I should have known he didn't know what he was talking about when they had the programs hanging up all over the computer section. 

When I discover this I immediately called the store only to get hung up on. I called back and asked to speak with a manager only to be told the manger is busy and they will give me a call later. 

Very disappointed the sales clerk sold me a lie basically and I hate the fact he will get rewarded for this sale. Hhgreg has got to do better!

The worst ever! do not go to the one in Waldorf! Crappy customer service! My sale's girl Natalie  was dumb and wore way too much perfume. Messed up the transactions and did not know anything. It was like talking to a 7 year old!

Went here to buy a kitchen appliance suite and found a LG suite that was a great deal. On the framed printout their was one option to upgrade the dishwasher for an additional $150. That's it. On the sales floor there were 2 refrigerators both with ice maker and water filter on the door. I purchased this suite knowing that I would get the equivalent gas range (the floor suite was electric and there was no upcharge for the gas range, just a upcharge for the dishwasher with a third rack). THE NEXT DAY, I google my oven model # and.... This was nothing like the electric equivalent floor model. I google the refrigerator and this is not the refrigerator that was included in the suite. Dishwasher also wasn't. The only thing these morons got right was the microwave. So I return to the store and the person who sold me the set (who was great btw, maybe a con artist or part of a work scam, but pleasant nonetheless) and he looks confused. Walks away, takes the sign and then looks at each of the model numbers on the sales floor and agrees that these aren't the right appliances. He then says he will talk to the manager to see what they can do. This FOOL, comes back with a different sign and says "you can proceed with the order that you have or cancel it." *blink blink* This dude swap signs but this girl had a picture so, nice try. Thanks for nothing HH Gregg. Actually, thanks for the waste of a day, and then the waste of another hour of my day, and thanks for awful customer service. Please go back and look at your receipt if you purchase anything from this location. It probably doesn't match what you think you've ordered.
