I came in one day at like 9pm needing a new phone. A guy named Chad helped me. He was super helpful and way great. He helped me get everything figured out and made it way less stressful than my previous phone buying experience. He was nice and didn't pressure me into a purchase I did didn't want to make. So it was a good experience.

Pretty typical Best Buy. Helpful staff, cool stuff. At this one specifically I was looking at speakers and after explaining to someone what I needed them for they were about to tell me I was looking at the wrong type of speaker and pointed me toward the computer speaker section. It saved me a good chunk of change and got me something better suited to my need.

Great customer service. I actually came here the day before Christmas Eve and had witnessed a poor old woman hit a parked car in the parking lot. They helped me get this woman the help she needed to be able to drive her car home. I was so grateful for them helping me help this woman. They also have quality products and helped me find what I needed for my husband for Christmas.

Great shopping experience at this location for holiday shopping.  This was a plus after a bad experience at another Best Buy location.  The staff was friendly and helpful with the items I purchased.  They were out of one item on my list but it was understandable during holiday season in my mind.

Around the holiday season the shelves were not organized and there were things blocking the middle of the aisle. They put the deals right in your face so you don't have to look very hard. Great deals can be found online and in store. They also computer repair by Geek Squad. 
If you buy something online you can choose to pick it up in store and avoid the lines during the holidays. This really helped me out when I was short on time. Overall, I enjoy going to Best buy to see there deals, clearance items, and new tech that might be on display.
