We had a blue tooth headset that we purchased from Best Buy with a Best Buy warranty. They didn't have a replacement of the same headset in stock in any of their stores. So they offered us an upgraded headset for an additional $30 (which we have previously had and was not impressed with it). Or they would give us an in store credit. They would not give us the money back on it so we could go somewhere else and purchase the product we wanted. I'm not very impressed with their warranty program. Wal-Mart would have refunded the money

Went to check out laptops, and Shawn in the Microsoft section really knew his stuff. He was personable and knowledgeable without being pushy. He really has you best interest at heart. The store itself is really clean and had some good deals on 4K TVs. I could shop at Best Buy every day and not get bored of it.

Always a pleasure dealing with the people at the 2100 S Store. Have dealt with other Best Buy stores and have not had good experiences...Best Buy should be happy they have the people at this store they have kept me coming back. They are very helpful and courteous. Have helped me make good decisions on purchases so, I get what I need not just a sale for them.

We had purchased a TV a few weeks back and had an issue with it. I called up Best Buy and they were so helpful told us to bring it back in to check it over for us. I parked in the parking lot and talked with the customer service, they told me to park by the doors and they unloaded the tv and told me to come in to speak with customer service. By the time I had parked my car, walked in and went to customer service booth, they had my NEW tv already to go. It was so painless, and they were all super friendly and helpful. We normally do not have to return anything we purchase from Best Buy so I was a bit nervous. They assured me that it was a normal visit, but it was completely reassuring and easy! Thanks so much for the extra friendly service! Best BEST BUY store so far! Thanks again!
