I have been to countless Apple, HP,  repair stores. You name it, I've been there. I love Mac Warehouse. I have a great experience EVERY TIME I come here. The environment is helpful, welcoming, and friendly. I don't experience the typical vibe of "let me help you as fast as I can because I really don't want to be here and I don't want to help you" Now I know that's not true in all cases, but in many cases that's  been my experience. But at Mac Warehouse they are always genuinely invested in helping you. Also, big shout out to Andy who took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I will definitely continue coming here and recommending Mac Warehouse to people!

My wife bought me one of their MacBook Pros as an anniversary gift. Unfortunately, the screen had some issues with image retention/persistence where the image of the browser would remain on the screen. I went in and the front desk gals where happy to exchange it with another of the same model. I went home and noticed the hinges were a little loose and I thought I could live with the loose hinges but  soon realized they were driving me crazy. I went in again and asked if they could fix it which they were happy to do so but unfortunately, tightening the screws did not help. Allan, the general manager asked if it'd be something I'd be okay dealing with - I was not - he then offered to exchange it for a model that was coming in later in the week. Fast forward, they were happy to exchange it and can now say that I am a satisfied customer. It was a rough start specially since I had to go in various times to have the issues addressed but I had an overall good experience.

They sold me a really good laptop. They also to part repairs and upgrades there as well. I will be getting my next laptop their mainly because they really seem to care about their customers and not just trying to sell you something

Finally, a Mac shop that gets it. 

Having worked with PCs for years, there’s a certain flair about Apple stores that tries to appeal to a certain demographic. Mac Warehouse has the clean appeal of a branded Apple location, but the heart of a PC shop. I didn’t wait in line (wow), and the technician, Brady,  actually completely understood what I was talking about. 

I came in for a RAM upgrade on a slightly older model, but with the impression I got today I’ll be sending everyone I know with Apple needs to this store.

I have bought 2 iMac's, 4 iPads, 4 different versions of laptops and and an Apple Watch and have sent numerous friends and family to Mac Warehouse.  I still have all of these devises and they have always taken care of me if I have any questions.  Never any problems.  I don't even shop around when looking for an Apple product because I trust these guys 100%!
