I have been really impressed with this Best Buy the past few times I've been here. The prices are very competitive, even against the big low-price powerhouses like Amazon and Costco. I've bought several items here, and they have all been good quality and have held up very well over time. I'll admit, I didn't think Best Buy was going to make it in the long term, but there is definitely room in this economy for a place you can browse, get good advice, and then walk out with the product that you came for. One thing, though; don't come here for ink cartridges. Target has a better selection and is more consistently stocked, weirdly enough.

We purchased a go pro hero 5 black with the protection plan. Ended up having some issues with the go pro. We went back to best buy in Coeur d alene, idaho. By far the easiest exchange we have ever done. There were absolutely no issues, they exchanged just like the said when we purchased no questions asked no waiting. It was great!!! We will definitely purchase all electronics from best buy from now on. Great customer service!!!!

Have been here a few times. Ever employee has been great. Even on Black Friday. They are also really helpful and answer questions with a lot of detail. Love it.

Walked in, was greeted, helped find the item I needed as well as took the time to answer my questions and provide their professional opinions on what would go well with my purchase. Good effort! I like this. It's what brings me back.

Black Friday, line was long, but Best Buy was on there game and it took only 20 min. To get in. They had tickets for the product you wanted. If the product wss sold out You knew at that time. Thank You Best Buy, It Was a Great!
