I went in with questions about my bill. I am traveling and this is not my regular store. The store was busy but the manager greeted me and assisted with my questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very frustrated about my bill but she explained what was confusing. She went over options for me and I appreciated that. If I am in this small town again I will come back. There was a great vibe in the store and it was good to get my questions answered and bill corrected. 5 stars for Pillar.

My son went to purchase a SIM Card for his new to him phone yesterday. He showed the phone to the associate who sold him a SIM Card for $10 telling him it was the correct one. We attempted to activate the phone with Verizon and repeated got the message, "SIM Card Locked". Verizon told us he had been sold the wrong card and ordered a new one mailed to us at no charge. He returned to the store today to return the card along with all packaging and his receipt. The same associate as yesterday told him, "Sorry dude, it's not my problem. All SIM Card sales are final". He tried to get my son to give him the account password so he could activate the already activated phone and I refused to give it up. The associate, who continued to be rude and condescending, then kept the SIM Card and refused to return it or give my son a refund. We will meet with the manager tomorrow and see if we can get this resolved. Perhaps most of their customers just accept this level of disservice, but not us.

I went here stressed about my phone. I was greeted immediately by the manager and offered a seat by the window. Just moments later, Alex came and began to assist me. She had great suggestions and it was an easy solution. Every time I go in here, it's always the same. Friendly people, quick to serve, and product knowledge. Overall very consistent store and kind people.

Hey just had a great experience with Justin at Verizon store in Ontario 
I’m very challenged went it comes to cell phones
He took time with me
Did upgrade perfect fit for me

Was having issues with my sons phone, took it in and had the worse service by the lady labeled manger. She was rude, not professional one bit. Wish I went to one of the other employees they had smiles on their faces and treated the customers with respect unlike she did. I went back later to get a new phone case and didn’t even make it to the door noticed that same “ manager” outside smoking a cigarette being a little to friendly with another employee! I don’t recommend getting help by her!! I would rather go to nampa then anything.
