Most sales people are commendable, but some are rotten apples, always one or two in the mix. But by far I love this adult playground (store).

Absolutely horrible customer service. After spending over $4000 on tvs and a soundbar system, I could not get them to call me back after i made a request to get help hooking the sound system up. I called the store and got sent around and around in their phone system. Called the "geek squad" and they transfered me back into the phone system. Called the corporate office to speak with a manager and they refused to let me speak to one. They then transfered back into the phone system I packed it all up and took it back to the store. That got their attention and a manager to appear. I explained what happened, returned it all and left. I'll never buy anything from Best Buy again and they just lost a huge sale. .

I got a Christmas gift from Best Buy never opened with a gift receipt they only give out store credit when returned. I am now stuck with a gift card I will probably never use was going to buy some movies but hard to spend $24 on a movie I can buy for $14 at Walmart. Looks like I'm stuck buying something I'm not interested in just to get rid of this thing. Merry Christmas, Never do this to anybody.

The service we received was poor, to say the least. The advice we were given when buying a laptop proved to be untrue after purchasing it. When we went back to exchange the laptop the manager could not have been less interested in why we were unhappy with the service we had received the previous day, nor did he offer any apology. I thought given the chance Best Buy would gladly apologize and help us find what we needed. I was speechless at the coldness of the manager. I can say without exaggeration the only thing he said was, "yeah." and "I can return it. " countless times while I explained how we had been misinformed the previous day and persuaded to by something we did not need.
