Decent store. Staff a little rude at check out. Door greeter doesn't seem like much of a greeter. They do offer price match. And have a rewards program. Which is awesome. It give best buy a solid 5 for that. Unfortunately staff are a huge part of a well functioning brick and mortar.

I was helped by Aaron and Doresha while looking for a new cell carrier this evening and they were awesome! They both were very friendly, honest and extremely helpful with all of my questions. I walked out of the store not only with a smile, but with loads of knowledge and confidence in what I will choose. Thank you so much for all of your help. :)

Best buy really has picked up their game. We went there to get a look at the tvs and had already picked out the LG 8000. I am an engineer and did my research and am very familiar with tech. We were only looking at LG and Samsung as they are beans favorites for us. John showed us the Sony 850e and really knew detailed information about the models. When he said it was an Android TV I thought, "you mean it is some terrible Sony software that supports Android TV." He was correct in that the base OS is actually Android. That sealed the deal for us. John helped us for 1.5 hours and even assisted is with our eccentric toddlers. What fantastic customer service!

Went in to buy some kitchen appliances and the staff was very helpful. They did not have what I needed in stock so they called around to local stores and took my order. Unfortunately, when I got home, the wrong parts came in the box, not the store's fault. I called up this store, since I originally went there, they helped me out by switching up the correct parts they had for the demo model they had on the floor. Appreciate them working with me when I was in a bind.

This is the best 'best buy' around.  It has a great camera section.  As in - real pro-level cameras. Definitely check it out.  It is still a 'Best Buy'.  But the employees are knowledgeable and nice and the photography section is awesome.
