Professional courteous prompt service. Day I selected washing machine not very busy at the store. Rob the store manager greeted me and very helpful in assisting me with selection and with no pressure sales talk. Company did a follow up phone call letting me know arrival time of delivery. The delivery people were like Rob super professional courteous and prompt. 5star experience. I would definitely shop at the troy ABC WAREHOUSE location again. Great job

Just purchased all new appliances from Dan at ABC for our recently purchased fixer upper. Dan worked with us on every detail, even some we would have never thought to check into!  He is definitely our 'go to' guy for all our purchases!  He takes great care of his customers!

Our salesmen were very helpful and showed they wanted our business. They explained all the products and demonstrated most. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and would not hesitate to refer others to them or go back for any other purchase. Great job, Jacob and Tez. I will be back.
