Went in on a Saturday place was dead and had one gentleman offer to help immediately. After walking around awhile nobody offered to help when we actually needed they just stood around talking. I walked up to desk for assistance and a sales rep basically attacked me as well as another behind the desk. They shot each other a nasty look that made me feel uncomfortable and I just decided to leave. Not a place I intend to shop again.

Incredibly UNHELPFUL  staff.  Employees prefer to stand around and have conversations with each other.  Lack of product knowledge and completely unprofessional.  Sad.

Bought three appliances. Wall oven installed incorrectly, smooth surface cook top came damaged and dishwasher doesn't get things clean. Oven and cook top problems remedied, but I'm told dishwasher doesn't work because I use wrong detergent. Maybe all this wasn't HHGregg's fault, but it sure turned me off. I complained directly to HHGregg via email, and I got an answer saying, in effect, so sorry. Hope we do better next time. There will be no next time. Ever.
