Great staff. Easy identifiable signage for speedening up the search. Billing is fast, merchandise staff is very helpful and make an attempt to understand what you really need instead of simply diverting to the aisles. Like the professional smile people have on their face when you are in the store. Worth the visit.

Very clean and organized store with friendly employees. Have a employee near their front door that says hi to you when you first arrive. I went to Best Buy specifically to look for  season 6 of the show Arrow and it was a great price of 10.00 plus tax and also my son found a dvd player he wanted for less price that Walmart wanted for it. We both left happy with the purchases we made.

I had to return a pair of headphones I bought and we're broken with no sound coming out of one ear.  They replaced the headphones with no questions asked.  They were very personable and friendly.  It is where I will always buy my electronics.

Their new layout is greatly improved over the old one that was just rows of stuff. Now they have separate sections for Best Buy Mobile, Google, Samsung, and more. Sometimes on weekends they have direct reports specialists to assist in more detailed knowledge of their products. Have dealt with this crew for years and they are very good.

Surprisingly for the Saturday after Thanksgiving it really wasn't that busy. Bought a washing machine and needed help getting it in the truck. The two guys working who brought out the washer obviously hasn't done much moving and promptly dropped the washer. Finally got it the back of the truck and then took out as fast as they could without bothering to ask if they could help move it around.  All in all not a terrible experience but not great either.
