Brought my two large golden doodles for grooming services.  As always they were treated very well. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and make great recommendations for service. Grooming took about four hours but we had them do a lot. Dogs look great and our groomer is the most pleasant person in the store. She is always excited to see the dogs, she will call to check up on them and to see if they need grooming services. The pricing is very reasonable for what they offer.  I paid about $180 + tip for two large dogs and a full grooming treatment.

If you need help carrying a bag or finding an item, they are the best and very very kind and helpful.  The Blue Buffalo at least is as cheap as Bridges who does not do the 10 bags promotion anymore anyway, at least that is what they told me last time I was at Bridges, which is why I tried Petco, and its much closer and they have groomers there.  They are fine with me taking my pet with me shopping also.  I liked it very much,  I got little flies for my venus fly trap, and all the stuff for guinea pigs I was baby sitting, a raincoat for my pet and food for all my pets.

They groomed my 97lb dog so professionally!  I am impressed with the staff and the price of the grooming. Definitely going back!

I love and respect animals. I had a detailed question and the first girl I talked to said yes, but then wanted to double check. She came back with a "no" and when I asked for explanation, she said because the manager said no. The general manager, John Nelson, was rude and disrespectful to me when I asked for an explanation of why. I was fine with "no" but he refused to listen to me, or address the customer service concern, and refused to stand behind his product. Any person who acts like he did needs to have a refresher course on proper communication with customers. I don't need to come back here. There are much friendlier places to shop.
