They offered us a discount over the phone, saw us immediately and even accommodated our tardiness with grace. Didn't try to upsell us. Had a toy chest with cars and crayons. Had an instant coffee machine that I couldn't figure out which buttons to push. Oil change took about 30 min.

Just a Positive for today....Melissa and Jerry at Firestone Tires in Smokey Point not only helped keep my toddlers busy in the store, and fix my flat tire after I had been over emotional about it......Jerry went above and beyond and didn't charge me for the fix even though they were Les Schwab Tires!!!! They exceeded my expectations and were amazing!!! I will be writing a review on their page but wanted to say, its nice knowing there is still a few amazing people in this world!! Thanks you guys!!! Firestone Tires!!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

Had my Explorer in for 2 new tires and alignment. They called to tell my I needed new ball joints on all 4 wheels and quoted me over $1300. I opted to take it home and call around. Another local tire place took in for that job and quoted me less than HALF of the Firestone quote, and then called to tell me that once it was on the rack, it actually didn't need ball joints at all! I took the printed quote from Firestone to the other place and they were dumbfounded by the exorbitant labor charges! I will NEVER use Firestone again.
