My husband and I had the best experience today at Best Buy. The worker who helped us name was Corey. He was the absolute BEST, we got the best service from him. Went in to get my husband on my phone plan. Left with an upgraded phone for myself and a new phone for my husband with TONS on information and got the best deal on our plan. And also go extra information on direct tv and he gave us number to call for certain things and he also helped us Buy the best screen protectors for our phones and put them on for us. Was very patient with us and answer every question we had. We spent about 1 hr to 2 hours there. Next time we visit Best Buy I will be asking for Corey, never had such an arming experience like we did today.

I got a 700 dollar gaming laptop that said it has one terabit of storage. And it only has 256 Gigs!!!? Like why the random number and thats a\not what I paid for and it says the 256 on the box but not on the website or on the display in store

I think the customers could be better served in the store if they would have a register open to serve the customers when they are ready to check out, instead of being told they could go to the customer service desk that has already five customers standing in line. After I had walked from the back of the store to the front to find a long line I went back to the back of the store where there was someone next to a register I found out that I could not be waited on I then went to the check out counter that is in the television side I was then told my the person that was waiting on a customer there that I could go back up front to customer service to check out I told them that I had a better idea I walked back up front and layed the items down on the counter at the front door and I told the store greeter that I could get better service at other stores

I had to go into Best Buy, Tutwiler Farm, on Tuesday, January 10, 2017. After a brief wait, while he helped another customer, I asked for assistance (and he offered) from Jacob Cherry. I explained what I needed to do with my computer and he helped me to purchase the necessary accessory. In addition to giving me instructions verbally, he went to a computer and showed me step-by-step what I needed to do to accomplish my tasks. Jacob was friendly, courteous, and most helpful. I may or may not remember his name in the future, but I will always remember how helpful he was to me during my visit to BB. Thank you, Jacob.
