If I could give this store in trussville zero stars, I would. My experience has been by far the most horrible one ever when it comes to buying appliances. 

First, Mr. Justin was absolutely rude, did not know what he was doing, messed up our order and had us there for about two hours. 

My story is way too long to type, but I was not pleased with them at all. Actually, tomorrow I will be visiting the store again to talk to a manager since I just realized mr. Justin didn't insure my refrigerator and also didn't include the dishwasher kit I had asked for. I cannot believe I had to wait so long for my appliances, and now I can't even use my dishwasher. And to top things off, my refrigerator's lights are not working. After only being plugged for about an hour and a half. 

I've never been so frustrated before. 

Now I just hope they are fair with me tomorrow.

I purchased a tv there and had a terrible experience. Will never go back. Management and staff cold and completely rude and ineffective.

DEAR KAREN MONTAVALO I JUST STARTED WORK FOR HHGREGG AT THE TIME AND I AM SORRY ABOUT WHAT TOOK PLACE THAT DAY... YOU CAN ALWAYS COME BACK IN AND SEE ME IF YOU HAVING ANYMORE PROBLEMS

i love to shop here. It's usually relaxed and i don't feel too pressured. their prices are very comparable and they will work very hard to make sure you are happy.

I ordered online the 40inch TV for 129.00 and instead of them putting that it was out of stock let me order it and then sent me an email a couple days after stating that they could not meet the demands and giving me an 11% discount on something that cost over $99 which would not be the same as the discount on the TV they let me think that I had purchased and they still haven't given me my money back.
