Four years ago I bought a 40" Westinghouse TV from Best Buy. The service after the sale was atrocious.
  Fast forward 4 years. That 40" Westinghouse TV went out. Reluctantly I went back to Best Buy, since it was still under a 5 year protection plan. And these guys went above and beyond to assist me in a new purchase. One that could not have gone better. 
  They were professional, courteous, and made my new purchase a breeze! I am so happy that I no longer have you listed in my contacts as "Worst Buy!" You've gone back to Best Buy. 
  Thank you so much Best Buy. And I look forward to future business with you. The store in Barboursville, WV is my Best Buy. Kudos guys. I'll be back!

Staff were helpful and well informed. They assisted myself and my wife in purchasing a desktop computer and a  TV with little hassle. Highly recommend the Barboursville store.

Would give them a zero actually. Wanted to ask some questions about getting a car stereo installed. Was put on hold for over 14 minutes. So I hung up without even talking to one person. Piss poor service!

Called to see if they had a certain product in stock.  After entering all the prompts I was on hold over 20 minutes.  When the call was finally answered I was told the Barboursville phone was being routed to the Charleston store then the Charleston store would re-route call back to Barboursville.
