Don't enter this store unless you have a lot of patience.  I haven't yet figured out whether the store is understaffed or the staff is just so poorly trained in customer service but they allow people to walk around the store looking for somebody to help them .  Cashiers and customer service folks are usually great. Sales staff is horrible.

I just bought a TV here.  "Samuel" was the sales rep who helped me. I asked for a short "education" on TV's (as I haven't bought one in years) and he obliged. Very knowledgeable and now so am I.  Armed with that information and online reviews I was able to determine which TV I wanted (TCL Roku 55") and Best Buy had it at a good price.  I've had it for about a week now and I am SO pleased. I would have given FIVE stars if I hadn't had to wait quite a while for someone to help me.  Other than that this was a very good experience.

Always do well here. Employees are extremely helpful. Best Buy is actually able to compete with Amazon these days on a great many things. So because they are local and have an easy return policy I often buy my gear here. Plus they'll match price. Win win.

Big fight over price matching! Even after showing the manager, over 30 different sites that are cheaper. They wanted $26.99.  Drove over to Walmart and bought it for $9.88.  The customer service online is all from India. If they had a minus zero on here, that would be more a fitting rating, especially the manager!

Went there tonight.. Ready to spend! 
Was looking for a new replacment phone.
I looked for well over 10mis at the display directly in front of the person who works the phone counter.... "She never lifted her head from her own personal phone to say hello or ask if I had any questions or needed any help. I approached her to ask about the product..  And she literally gave me a smug look as if I had interrupted her.. And I immediately felt as if I was a bother to her.
Granted it was 8:30 at night and the store closes at 9:00 , I'm sure she was ready to GO but, how hard can it be to atleast acknowledge someone? But, with that being said, I can spend my money elsewhere.
