It's not even the store itself that's the problem. There's just always really rude customers there and there's a lot of them. I've resorted to going in at midnight just because it's not as busy. The employees there are almost always very nice though. They make going in almost worth it.

Nice store but sometimes it's hard locating an employee to help when you need one. Any other time when you don't....they are all over the place. Lol

Horrible customer service, not coupon friendly, cashier totally embarrassed my because i was using coupons. I am a single mother and rely on coupons to get what myself and my children need, he made me pull out all of my items that were already bagged in my cart to make sure coupons were correctly used... long wait times for registers, they need more cashiers so they can accommodate the shoppers. Ill stick to publix, where shopping is a pleasure.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. I went there today with my sister to order a class ring and waited 30plus mins and no one showed up I asked 3 different people to page for someone for jewellery which they did more than 5 times and no one showed up.

Bathrooms have poor sanitation. Sinks have poor sensors and little room to actually wash your for hands. I brought this up to management before but still no charge. The bathrooms probably work great for kids but not adults. How can employees wash their hands properly if there are not adequate facilities. They can't, there are probably feces all over the store.
