I’ve always had wonderful experiences here as the customer service was always great and the employees were always ready to assist. I was able to find what I wanted in no time as the store was very organized. They have great sales prices, so always look out for those because they make the experience a lot better. Their regular prices aren’t the cheapest for some products but with on the hands on tech support and repairs it definitely limits the problems you have to go through to get any technical work done.

If you need anything FIND JOSH!!! This Tall intelligent man is amazing. He's knowledgeable of EVERYTHING or knows who to refer you to get all your questions answered! They have an incredible team working.

I took my iPhone 6s phone into this 'Authorized Apple service center' because the battery died. Best Buy refused to replace the battery unless I sent the phone away for a $300 diagnostic beforehand. (Why do they advertise a $30 replacement when the hidden cost is a $300 diagnostic?) I went to the 'unauthorized' place instead and had the battery replaced for $55.00 in 20 minutes while I sat there. My phone is like new again and recharges just fine now.

This was the best experience my wife and I have had when shopping for electronics. The sales representative explained details on each item we were interested in and provided alternate options. She ensured we received all benefits available at the time of purchase (discounts, price match, etc.). She followed up on her day off as we were looking at additional accessories. We are Best Buy customers for life.

The sales people here are great. They must have a very good manager because I see the same faces year in year out. Never have to look far or somebody will gladly answer questions and I always have a lot of them😔. Theyll always try to get you a good deal too.
