Great staff, super helpful, but be aware of the return policy. 14 days goes by fast. They will put it on a card for you(gift card), but some may not like that. Ample parking , great deals, and the latest releases of pretty much all the fun toys n gadgets. Always, always get geek squad, it will save you so much hassle and frustration if you aren't tech savvy. If you are, then pass on it

This is the store to visit when you need to receive great advice relating to computer equipment, mobile phones, and entertainment system, etc. Their advice is always helpful, based on my experience. It is wise to sometimes compare options at other stores, but generally I have found them mostly helpful. If you are curious about the latest on electronics, this is a good place to start your search.

I am an older woman and wear sweats and comfortable shoes. Went in to look at monitors, ask questions. There was a gaggle of blue shirts near the computer dept. Did any of them ask if they could help? Hell no! But one of them pealed off to help a man, yes male, with keyboards, didn't know the difference between bluetooth and wireless. Yes, I'm a fat old lady but if you assume that I have no money and will not buy anything, you're dead wrong. This is why retail is dying. Get real people, you're being replaced. I'd rather support a retail establishment but if you can't be bothered nor can I.

Kevin Billups (sorry for spelling) was incredibly helpful. He assisted my associate in looking at a new Surface while he had someone else check on phone service for me. That individual was also very helpful.

I came in today, frustrated because their customer service call center was incapable of helping me. I had a nice rep who I did not get the name of and a nice manager named  Fernando that were both really nice and helpful. They were understanding and nice and worked with me to find a solution. I prefer this store over all others because they are really personable and helpful. 5/5 Will go back.
