Made an order online to pick up at this store and it said it would be ready in 1 hour or less. I stuck around for 1 hour, at which time I proceeded to sit near the customer service pick up area. The best buy staff then approached to tell me I would get an email when my order was ready and that their inventory team was running behind in orders.
Well then, don't promise stuff if you can't keep your promise! This store is out if the way and I only ordered for pick up here cuz I was in the area. I wish they would be honest and not promise the sky.

iI would give them half a star if I could.  Impossible to get through to the store and you have to listen to their recording over and over!  ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU WANT THE BUSINESS

Be far far away from the back section where Apple products and sales people are. 

We were looking for Apple products and just walking in BestBuy, but the sales person did not have any sense of manner and respect and tried to jump into our conversation and kept trying to ask us if we have an internet, did we just move here, how much are we paying for our internet. 

Out of those questions already two are offending our personal boundaries and privacy. Excuse me? Why are you suddenly asking such personal questions, would you like to pay my bills instead then? It's the first time I ever encounter some sales person did not know how to read faces. We tried to focus on looking at the product and she just kept asking questions. 

At end she gave up and gave us a sour face said okay have a nice day then. It was very unnecessary and why did we have to be treated that way when we obviously did not want to be in a purchase activity? It was very rude of her and made our visit of this BestBuy a bad experience.

Alfredo was absolutely amazing! He was able to fix my husband's computer in no time! We were really in a bind and he saved our bacon! Great place! Great service!
