Staff is very helpful and friendly. I went in for a car stereo and some other car appliances, and the guy who helped me used to run competition audio. Always nice to know the people helping you know what they are talking about.

This Best Buy is better than the Davenport store imo, sales people are nice and don't seem as bothered to help you. If you don't need help they don't bug you alot. It's smaller store with less than the Davenport store but holds it's own as far as customer service goes!

The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable about the product I was looking at. (Sorry, don't know his name). Was not pushy or tried to rush me. Will definitely be back and will recommend Best Buy to all my family and friends.
