As a technologist and self described gadget freak, I usually dread going to electronics stores. The Best Buy in DeKalb is a welcome exception. 
It's the smallest Best Buy I've been in anywhere, and that might have something to do with it. The Associates here seem to try harder to deliver great customer service. They've always succeeded for me.

Best Buy in Dekalb has the most knowledgeable and friendly associates. I have never left unhappy and without purchasing something. If they don't have the specific item I want they get it for me!! Best ever!! Thanks

I visited Best Buy to learn what the different cell providers had to offer.  The young man that "helped" me really did not.  Trying to get him to explain the pro and cons between AT&T  T-Mobile Sprint etc was an exercise in futility.  Perhaps since he is a Best Buy  employee he is not allowed to favor one over another?

I ordered kitchen appliances in early August. The installers came as scheduled. They opened my cabinets and told me I needed to pay gen $94 cash or check to change the valve for my dishwasher. He removed my dishwasher and said he could not install the one I chose because there are two pipes that would not allow him to install it. He said another model by the same company would fit. I went to the store and ordered the one he said would work. Another delivery was set up. The guy brought the new model in and said he could not install it because it would not fit. I contacted the manufacturer of the old one and declscribed the situation and they gave me a model that should work. I went to the store to order the third one. The store could not because the last return was "in transit" even though it was three days after I had to refuse the delivery. I called their customer service and it took them a week to get it out of transit and give me a new delivery date. The third delivery date arrived. The guy came in with the wrong dishwasher. I called customer service again. They finally got it straightened out and they told me I owed them $10 for the difference. They scheduled my new delivery two weeks later because the item was not ready for delivery. I get a call the day before the fourth delivery saying that it was not going be delivered because it is not available. So I am now six weeks out from my original order without a dishwasher and their customer care has done nothing to attempt to make the situation better.
